Typically u always add coolant to the reservoir tank while the engine is cool. The reservoir tank is usually on the passenger side of the engine compartment (check ur manual) near the top of the fender about 1/3 of the way from the headlamp to the firewall (passenger compartment). The reservoir tank is plastic, usually a yellowish translucent material & has a minimum & maximum line to help prevent over or under filling. The cap , most times says ''coolant'' on it..

Coolant can be added when the engine is warm, however u need to recheck later as the liquid will contract after cooling. Most new cooling systems do not have a pressure cap for adding coolant, as compared to older systems.

Typical coolant to water ratios r 50% to 68% (70% for ease of use) coolant, with 68% being slightly better. Check the coolant manufacturer bottle for recommendations. Most times adding straight coolant will suffice until ur next system drain & refill.

P.S. Please check ur spelling, it will help others find ur question.
