l changed outthe brake booster all went good, just the other day went out for a drive and my cruise control is not working, anyone know what to check and how to check whats wrong ...

Does your gas and gauge work when your headlights are on? If not try your ground by the fuse block. that should fix your guages and your cruise control, but if not try a new switch, or take off your steering wheel and clean the brass connectors. try the lincolnsonline.com web site and then click ''tech''

Sounds like you knocked the vacuum line loose that goes to the CC servo. It is located in the left fender and the vac line runs right over the brake assy. Look for a fat vac. hose loose (1/2'' OD or so ) in that area, theres a connector in the middle of the firewall the line runs from to out in the fender.
