SOMEWHERE IN THE SPARK SYSTEM YOU HAVE AN OPEN WIRE. REMEMBER, WATER IS A CONDUCTOR OF ELECTRICITY. ON A SUNNY DAY, OPEN THE HOOD, AND HAVE A SPRAY BOTTLE OF WATER, AND SPRAY AROUND THE SPARK PLUG WIRES. AND WHEN THE ENGINE SMOOTHS OUT, YOU HAVE FOUND THE PROBLEM. GOOD LUCK
