1993 Lincoln Continental 170,000+ miles. My Lincoln has air shocks that do not inflate properly. l came back from driven around town, in two hours l gone back to my car to go to work and my car was on the ground. Will the front was, the rear was still up. l check the air spring solenoid and the Compressor with Dryer (they work). l even driven the car around for a little bit and it still is not inflating. The line that the air is going in has no air coming out. Also all four of the air shock has been replace about 4 years ago.n any given day, the front shocks inflate, but the rear end wo not inflate. Sometimes, the rear comes up, without the front inflating.

Sounds like the ride height sensor is bad.

have them converted to standard coil springs

well first u need to work on why it deflates when u park it the car should not have to inflate the car from the ground every time u get in so the levelers r not sensing the height of the car. The bags r good sounds like they hold air ok but when u get out the car & close all doors the car has 2 chances to level itself & the height sensor is not able to determine when the car is level so it just keep deflating. Now it might be more expensive to try to repair this unless u do it yourself so u might want to look into switching over to non air suspension system.

u have two problems with that system.first, u have apin hole that opens up when the car is setting for a while, & when the car pumps the shock up, & the air tube gets hot, it seals the pin hole in the tube. replace all the tubes. second problem, there is a distribution valve that delivers the air supply to all the shocks, with time,and road heat, the inside of the valve starts to warp, causing an internal malfunction in the deliverence of the air suply. replace that valve, & u should be out of the woods. good luck
