l dont even kno where to start ...i really need to change them before l leave work today because it will be dark...just need some guidence on how to get to the casing around the head light ..any help imma girl lol and this looks complicated!thanks
yeah all fuse are good there are four of them.....one four each bulb l guess....thanks for all the help

Well if u open the hood u should see where the headlight lenses r right behind them in dead centre of the lenses theres wires going into them. In front of the wires is plastic that is usually round with little grips along it . Take notice of where the centre wire is so when installing the new bulbs u know how they sit.If u can get at them they will turn at the base, just push them in a bit & turn them counter clock wise or to the left. Once you've them turned they should pop out , then the bulb will be there , unplug the bulb , plug in new bulb & then place them back in , u should see guides on the plastic that u line up & push the plastic back onto the lens & then twist right.
Note do them one at a time & if u can not get at them , drive with the high beams on instead.
One thing r both low beams gone at same time? If so that is strange & u might want to check the owners manual & see where the headlight fuses are.

the easiest way is to remove the lenses. l know it sounds hard, but is real easy. remove the plastic piece on top( there are 4 twist down retainers). remove the plastic piece that runs between the two lenses(right above the bumper). it has push in retainers. three 10mm bolts for each radiator support. 2 more 10mm bolts for each lense assembly. wiggle the lense assembly out. pop off the rubber cover. and change the bulbs.
