Maybe they did not do the alignment correctly, have your tires checked too, if you did get your alignment done then the shop that did it should have told you why it is still pulling. Did not they test drive it after the alignment.

have the wheels been balanced? check the alignment report from the auto shop, make sure everything is in tolerance.
Also check the tire pressure, make sure they are equal.

The bottom line is, if it is pulling then it is not aligned. Should not have been signed off that way. Take it to a more reputable shop and get it done right. Then go to the first shop and get your money back.you got gypped. If it has an aluminum K member, could be they jacked it wrong and do not want to own up to it. Be that the case, the second shop will tell you it can not be aligned with a bent K member.

Lots of bad info here.
True, the alignment COULD be off, but more likely it is a tire pull.
Have your tires rotated and see if the pull changes.
Try front to back, then side to side. If that changes the pull at all, you have a tire pull. Live with it or replace the bad tire. A good tire shop can determine which one it is.

If the car pulls, cross the front tires and see if it pulls the other way, tires have everything to do with ride

If it does not steer straight after alignment, it is not aligned. Take it back.
