Around how much would it cost for a touch up paint job on my red lincoln navigator

To be honest being an autobody painter it will cost a pretty penny. Cause you see all your red painted or tinted cars that are red will be expensive. Depending on the area you want touched up will answer this. But the cost will be pretty high unless you go to walmart or something and hope and pray to god that it comes close to your color.
