a shrader valve is a type of pin opening (like a tire valve) valve in a pressurized system. l doubt you would find one in a fuel system (liquid) as they are used to enter and drain gases, usually in an A/C system. For fuel pressure, a T fitting in any fuel line fitting, after the regulator will work. Pressure will be 30 to 120 psi, depending on the system design.

It is right behind the alternator, should be about 32-34psi.
