No. They will probably physically bolt up since the cars are built on the same platform, but the Lincolns had a V-6 option and are generally heavier cars, with different spring rates than the Taurus.

l can tell you're trying to bypass the air suspension. Your Continental is a 4.6L v8, while most Taurus is are v6 powered. while they should physically bolt up, the spring rates are going to be too soft, causing the front end to sit lower and be very soft when hitting bumps. l myself would only do it if l upgraded the springs.
