A week later? Probably unrelated.

l used to have a Mark VII, l sold it after only 6 months because l just did not want to deal with the ABS and air-bag suspension, and l hated the console shifter.

Replaced it with a 1981 Olds Delta 88, no ABS, spring suspension, and a bench seat with a column shifter.

l had a Dodge with brake problems and the brake light constantly on, eventually l replaced the speed sensor on the diff and it was cured.

the red one comes on when the fluid is low and the yellow indicates the pump shut down its probably either losing fluid somewhere or the accumulator has gone bad. I'd look for a leak with somebody holding the pedal down with the key on.
