l could not find anything when l decided to fix my windows on my Town Car, but if u r having problems with ur windows, go to a wrecking yard & look in a Crown Vic, Mercury Marquis, or Town Car & get the feel to take ur own car door panel & windows apart. Assuming ur motor is still good, see the following fix. If u can hear the window motor humming when u try to raise or lower the window, then see the following instructions to fix it. This what is wrong with 99% of all Ford windows. l just fixed my 1994 Town Car myself. Same part fixes all Ford electric windows, so yours is covered, too.
l took off my driver is side door panel & got in there & drilled out the rivets that hold everything to the door & window frame. l removed the window glass from the frame & took out the regulator, which is the cross-bow shaped apparatus that runs cables around the motor. Number & mark all these parts or take pictures with ur digital camera, so u can remember how to put them back together.
l separated the motor from the regulator & inserted 3 small, round, 1/4'' X 1/4'' bushings that go around the gear to the motor shaft.
Bolt everything back together tight with existing bolts on the regulator to motor, & use new 1/8'' X 1'' long bolts on the window frame to regulator to door, replacing the rivets u drilled out.
(do not tighten bolts, nuts & washers yet)
Make sure window is in the channels on the door & attach the regulator to the door frame, (not tight to let the window seat in its position for when u plug the switch in & fit check window.)
Turn on the key & run the window switch up & down an inch or so to at a time. It should work now, but the window will be out of adjustment. Roll the window to the top position & then tighten all the bolts on the window frame & regulator tight on the door.
RE-loosen & tighten as necessary to get window to fit right. Check to see if it runs up & down & seals ok. If u like it, put the door panel back on.
This fix works great & it did not cost a fortune. Look on Ebay for these ''nylon bushings'' as they r called, (costs about $5.00 for 6 bushings, enough for 2 windows).
Good luck. It took me 4 or 5 hrs. to fix it, but l learned alot. The next ones will go faster. The source below is a sample of what l found on Ebay for u to see for yourself.

The power window system is very straightforward & simple. There is a regulator attached to the door reinforcement by three bolts & sometimes a rivet that u do not replace when removing the regulator. The glass is in a channel at the top of the regulator & the drive motor attaches to the bottom of the regulator on the side driving a gear. Usually the motor or its plastic gear fail. Remove ur door panel & look at the assembly through the service holes. It is not a difficult repair. Good luck.

if you could remove your door panel it easy to replace motor or gear,

just look for 3 service hole to remove the motor,,

if no hole yet drill a hole there will be a mark to drill the hole
