l put power stern in it so how can l fix the problem

With that kind of problem you probably need to have your mechanic take a look at it.

Is the noise coming from the power steering or the wheels? If it is from the wheels you might have bad wheel bearings. If it happens when the car is at rest, the power steering belt/pump or the rack could be making the sound. Have someone turn the steering wheel while you listen with the hood open. Pinpoint the sound. A moaning sound = pump trouble. Good luck.
