Weird rattling noise in my 03 Lincoln LS

When ever I am driving l can hear this rattling noise. Mostly hear it around the steering wheel. Its not the keys. What could l be?

Look around steering column make sure everything is tight put your hands on everything and try to move, then look behind the left front wheel for lose parts even the shocks, hope this helps.
