l have a 91 Town car and l found mine on the door module which is on the passenger kick panel. you will need to drop the glove box .the code is 5 numbers and will be on a white sticker(label) the module is mounted by a single nut and bolt.

On older Lincoln Town Cars, The FIVE digit keypad code was affixed to the trunk hinges as others have posted. However, on the newer models such as a 2004, that might not be the case. On any ''Panther Body'' (Lincoln Town Car, Mercury Grand Marquis, Ford Crown Victoria) cars, the keyless entry system is controlled by the Driver is Door Module. To access it, requires removing the driver is door trim panel. Once removed, u will see a plastic box with three electrical connectors plugged into it, with a label on it, with numbers similar to 4W1T-15K602-AA. Look for FIVE large numbers on the label. Those five numbers r ur five digit keyless entry keypad code. Hope this helps.
