are 2000-2003 lincoln ls good cars

They are decent cars, but the 2004-2006 LS is a much better car.

1998-2002 Town Cars r of the more rounded body style, 2003 onwards is more blocky & many suspension improvements were made. It is more aerodynamic, efficient & a little quieter then the former.

l find the steering to be too sensitive & sleepy for my liking & l think the older cars had a better feel of the road.

They r very good cars, reliable & safe, fun & comfortable to drive & the 4.6 engine delivers great economy when compared to Cadillac & Mercedes-Benz.

The one weakness these cars have is their air ride systems. Fortunately on the Town Car it is only on the rear suspension, not all the way around like the Mark VIII. The system can be prone to failure & although the parts can be found for a bargain, having the system repaired retail is terribly expensive.

l have a 2002 V8 and l love it. The only problem l had is the in dash 6 cd player electrical problems that costed me $600 to fix. Other than that l love it
