i'm talking about the 2007 models. which one wins?
i heard that with every single option and package availabe for the navigator, its top price is about $62,000.

your talking lexus and ford?..ok the base price of the lx470 is around 67k.as for the top of the line navigator is only 51k...if you can get the lx470..than you might wanna look at the range rover sport for another option.

Ok your talking price and quality. Many people would chose the LX470 is the car that you can have for a while will little to no repairs at all. But if you can not afford the Lexus it is better to go with the Navigator.
If money is not an issue go with the Lexus,

Both are luxury SUV is with all the bells, whistles, and gadgets you can possibly think of.

The Lexus LX470 is extremely overpriced. Lexus is trying to compete with higher end Mercedes M-Class but only by dressing up a Toyota Land Cruiser.

The Navigator is a bargain in comparison. Additionally, the Navigator is all new for 2007 whereas the LX470 has been riding on the same frame, engine, and design for many years.

if you have narrowed it down to only these two SUV is l would say (having driven both) the Lexus feels more refined while still having the off road capability the Lincoln is still truck like and rigid in all driving conditions. Both have a presence and are nice but in this price range you can also consider Audi Q7 BMW X5 and MB GL450.

The bottom line is that European cars r sporty & American cars r heavy & both r not as reliable as Japanese cars. The Lexus LX470 is a competitor to the Mercedes GL class, not ML, like some other people have said. If u think the Lexus 470 is too old, u r lucky. There is going to be a new 2008 Lexus LX570. That is right, after a decade, the Land cruiser & LX is have a new body & engine. If u think a Japanese car is weak, the LX 570 will have a 5.7 Liter engine with over 380 horsepower. Lexus is r also more technologically advance. Alot of people r going to say it looks awkward, but looks r a matter of opinion. Take a look:
