The Luxury is the base package, but it includes leather, dual climate control, rear A/C, CD etc. What it does not give you in the package, but could have as free standing options are power lift gate & power fold 3rd row seat, moonroof, heated & cooled seats, DVD, Navigation, chrome wheels, pwr running boards, which are all either standard on the ultimate or usually ordered with the ultimate. Hope that helps.
