its so hard l cant compress it..i loosend the bleeder bolt...please help me?

l had a mustang that had the same ''problem''..You do not compress them.you have to screw them back in..or twist them.if you have auto adjust brake system.reverse and pump brakes a few times. and do not adjust them,then the calipers will advance to full position and stay there if you do not adjust them. l had a 200 dollar lesson on ford brake systems.try turning instead of squeezing.

You have indicated bad calipers. Calipers are cheap, replace them.

you did specify it this is front or rear. if this is the rear caliper the piston must be turned back into the caliper, with a special tool. you can get at most local parts stores. If it is on the front it may be frozen up.

Yep, they're right. The front calipers should compress in, & the rear calipers r turned in. The tool can be purchased at most auto parts stores, its fairly cheap. its basically a disc with a square hole in the middle for a 3/8'' drive ratchet & extension. The disc has two knobs on the outer edge that fit into two indentations in the Brake piston. Turning the piston (even with the tool) can be difficult unless its mounted to something. l generally remove the rear rotor then remount the calipers to the car. This allows u to use the tool to turn the piston while pressing against the caliper at the same time. Once the piston is all the way in, remove the caliper, replace the rotor, & finish as u normally would.
