this could be a poroblem with your suspension rather than your brakes. if you drive a while and this occurs, your rotors could be slightly warped but l suggest that you get it checked out.

l believe this car has drum brakes - at least in the rear. l would guess that there is something loose in one of the two rear brake assemblies.
It could also be a rear leaf spring.
