Why does my 2002 lincoln town car make a squeeky noise in the front suspension

Everytime it goes up and down it makes a squeeky noise, would it be the shocks or does it need to be greased?

the bushings on the front must be bad and need to be replaced

Most modern cars do not have grease fitting in the suspension parts like the older ones do & the noise u r hearing is probably just the dried out suspension parts squeeking due to lack of lubrication.

A good mechanic can install grease fittings into the tie rod ends, upper & lower ball joints etc. & grease the squeeky culprits. This will also ensure that the suspension parts will last longer but do not wait to get this done because noise = wear & tear & expensive replacement parts.

2002 Lincoln Town cars still had the old recirculate tie rod steering system it was the next year they switch to rack and pinion so a good old fashion lube is probably all you need.
