try a bigger rated fuse if the new system is bigger then probably requires a different rated fuse

HELLO, MAKE SURE THE SYSTEM IS PROPERLY GROUNDED, THAT SHOULD HELP IF YOU ARE USING THE SAME AMP FUSE AS IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. TOM

You have a short somewhere..it is grounding out somewhere..could be inside the suspension module itself..

It sounds as if the compresser is going bad.
Did you have a leak in the system foe a extended period that caused the compresser to run long periods?

What is the fuse for? the pump or some other component? usually its the pump and its probably bad but other then that you just have a short somewhere and you will need to trace it down.

l have a 1996 lincoln town car and l had the same problem and ifix it by replaceing the air bags they had slow leak in the bags that made the air suspensions to stay on the system is not design to run constantly

Solve all your problems, go to a junk yard and buy some rear steel springs from a crown vic or marquis to replace the airbags, you will get the same ride and no problems with rear end falling down or fueses blowing .

You may have a wiring problem some where take it to get checked out. A 30 amp fuse is a big fuse to keep blowing up.

You're compressor is going bad, if your car drops in the back after being parked a while, you have a leak, which makes the compressor work more.
