First off, l would recommend lowering it. It will make the rims look larger, as well as make the big SUV more roadworthy.
Price for the 30'' rims will be spendy be- cause they r new to the market -if they will even fit on ur Navigator. From my research, the largest diameter rims u can fit on ur SUV is 26 inches with 305/ 30VR-26. Given this low of a profile of tire, to make 30'' wheels work, u would have to go with a tire size of say 255/30VR-30 or 275/20VR-30.
The 26'' would look a lot larger than ur 24s and would still allow u to drive on the street without the road-ability problems u would have if u should ever hit a street pothole.
To give u an idea, prices for the rare 30'' rims would be anywhere from $8k to $10k for a set of four -add tires & the price is going up $4k to $8k more. But on the other hand, a set of four 26'' rims & tires would be about half the price.

First off....WHY!!! Do you want a life sized Hot Wheel cars..Actually that would not be too bad..but why. Anyway the fact that the tire will probably not able to absorb major shocks and the ride would not be worth the cost you would be putting into the wheels. Personally l just can not see the logic in it.

l agree with R.W. People spend RIDICULOUS amounts of money on their vehicles. Yet, these SAME people bring their ''jazzed up'' Navigator to the dealership when cylinder #7 & #8 lose compression & need to have repairs done, that require removal of the cylinder head(s). But, quote them $3,000 just for the LABOUR to do the job, (which requires removing the body from the frame) THEY SCREAM BLOODY MURDER!!! Go figure. In my opinion, why anyone want to spend that kind of money just to get the attention, & not necessarily good attention?
