The 2003 came with a 4.6 liter v8. You may need to check Ford parts to find something that fits that engine size and fit it to cross over to the Lincoln brand. The high performance requests for a lincoln towncar do not exactly justify the market.

There are many who make blowers for 4.6L fords. Paxton, Procharger, Saleen, Vortech, Whipple and Blower drive service are all good choices.

From what l know there is no complete system on the market that will work on ur application unless some 3rd party company makes it.

It is possible that u can retro fit a kit onto ur application however there is not going to be a kit that will bolt up & function perfectly out the box. Your best bet is to find out what Ford engine is similar to yours. Take note of what has changed from engine to engine. Most of the time the accessories & drive units will differ. Once u find out what is different u can retro a kit to fit. Take note that u might need to get ur computer custom programmed in order for everything to work together. So u have to also know a place that can custom dyno tune a chip for ur application.
