I have a 1987 town car fuel pump is not working fuse is good and I changed relay .

l checked the fuel pump their is NO Electric their. Their is one thing the alarm light flashes? not sure if thats whats keeping it off.

no, it is not the alarm. your fuel pump is shot just replace it.

It could be the fuel pump but before you do that check in the trunk there is a fuel shut off reset make sure that did not shut itself off. One other thing make sure the computer module is not bad that will stop fuel also.

It can be your alarm if the car has the fuel cut off to it.
Try to reset or shut off the alarm first the try to start.

check the inertia switch in the trunk. it can be activated by pushing the red button at the top of the switch.
it is in the trunk down low right behind the back seat or on the drivers side quarter panel.
l am not sure of the exact side it is.
if this dose not work or it is not tripped then check the relay up front under the hood on the fuse/breaker Panel on the drivers side fender well.
